Data Retention

Unconfirmed subscribers are automatically deleted after 48 hours. Unsubscribed users are purged after 6 months. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months. Your data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Hosting: OVH SAS (France). Email: Proton AG (Switzerland, EU adequacy decision). Anti-bot: hCaptcha (verification only, no personal data storage). Analytics: self-hosted Matomo (no third-party transfers).

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach likely to pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you as soon as possible in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR. The CNIL will be notified within 72 hours. To report a security incident: rgpd@postmania.com.
